Thank you for registering to help bring our exciting Festival days to fruition! ASBOF is not-for-profit, and festival days run so smoothly thanks to the annual commitment from some outstanding community members who step up to lend a hand.
Complete the form below, SAVE THE DATES you register for, and we’ll confirm ASAP which dates, times, venues, and roles you’ve been allocated.
The volunteer experience is profoundly satisfying, and greatly appreciated, and we look forward to sharing this special behind-the-scenes experience with you!
FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITY:
In line with ASBOF’s mission to nurture music-making in schools and beyond, ASBOF proudly offers a financial contribution when volunteers contribute to the festival as representatives of an eligible* Community Band or P&C/Volunteer-run school band program.
COMMUNITY SERVICE:
In addition to community fundraising opportunities for eligible volunteers, music students participating in Duke of Edinborough might like to consider this as part of their community service.
JUST FOR ASBOF:
We celebrate the many individuals who help out simply for ASBOF’s sake.
Music directors, adjudicators, teachers, professional musicians, friends, family – we encourage you to extend your hours and assist as a fellow volunteer either side of your scheduled sessions at the Festival. Please register your availability below.
*Eligibility for a financial contribution is at the discretion of the Festival managers, and community organisations must be incorporated.
WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECKS (WWCC):
All over 18s who help at the Festival are required to have a current Working With Children Check, which is free for volunteers.
You’ll need this to complete the below registration form.
