Refund Policy
An ensemble withdrawing on or before April 30th will be refunded 50% of the paid entry fee. Notification must be received in writing (letter, email, text) in order to be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be given to any ensembles withdrawing after April 30th.
Rationale: The ASBOF makes significant commitments regarding venue hire and engaging adjudicators based on the initial number of entries. These decisions carry considerable financial obligations which must be honoured, regardless of the number of ensembles which ultimately participate in the event.
If your school has paid entry fees for the 2020/21 in-venue or online Festival, please contact the General Manager to discuss options.
