Paul has been involved with the NSW School Band Festival for over 15 years. He has directed both wind ensembles and jazz groups from the public and independent sectors across primary and high school events. More recently Paul has become a regular adjudicator for The Festival, adding to his portfolio of adjudication experience in Australia and overseas.

Paul is currently the Director of Music at The Scots College and is regularly engaged as guest conductor and clinician for school, university and community ensembles. He particularly enjoys his work giving conducting and instrumental pedagogy lessons, and is happy to be consulted on any aspect of your music performance program.
